Family-owned winery that has farmed tempranillo vines in Spain’s Ribera del Duero for generations. In 2001, they began making their own wines. Very well, I might add. This meaty wine has roasted cherries, blackberry, spicy vanilla, sturdy leather with firm acidity and supple, sweet tannins. 4 stars out of 5. Sweetness=1 out of 10 (dry to sweet). $20
